`refactor!: esbuild 0.11 upgrade, remove dynamic-import-polyfill (#2976)` signals the breaking change correctly with the bang, satisfying signaling rules, and names both halves of the change. But a breaking upgrade is exactly where a body belongs — what the new esbuild requires, and what consumers of the removed polyfill must do — and none exists. The comma-spliced pairing of an upgrade and a removal compounds the thinness. Understandable at face value, correct in type and signal, but the missing migration guidance keeps it at acceptable.
