Welcome form shown for a while after signup

Editor assessment

The subject states the symptom exactly: the welcome form remained visible for a while after signup. The timing bug is described so that no diff is needed to grasp the change. The fix type matches. No scope is present, though the form is identified. There is no body, which is acceptable for a small defect fix whose headline already carries the full observable behavior. No footers appear. The descriptive past-participle phrasing is a minor stylistic quibble. The message is clear, honest, and self-contained.
