The subject states the capability, a standalone-mode check in core, understandably, but the body is a squashed echo: three near-identical restatements of the same line that add no rationale about what standalone means here or why the check was wanted. feat(core) and the scope are accurate. No footer supplies an issue anchor. Hygiene is acceptable. The message communicates the what twice over and the why not at all.
