Compress the bios image

Editor assessment

Brevity is defensible here: "compress the bios image" tells the whole story for a one-asset change, and padding the body would add nothing. The subject uses imperative mood, starts lowercase, omits the period, and sits comfortably under 72 characters. The bare `docs` type without a scope is fine for a website-wide asset, though `docs(aio)` style scoping would help filter the history. There is no body beyond the trailer, which for this magnitude of change violates nothing. A perfectly adequate, if unremarkable, housekeeping commit.
