Nightly trap is cryptic as a subject — trap could mean anything — and only the body rescues it: something goes wrong bumping latest to 3.x on nightly, with a link to the failing run. That body is genuinely useful, explaining the failure and pointing at evidence, though it, too, is informal and contains the nighly typo. The ci type is right and no scope is needed. A subject naming the actual problem, such as pinning the nightly bump step, would have made this self-sufficient; as is, the reader needs the body to understand anything. Acceptable.
