Inline webworker safari support

fix: inline webworker safari support (#3468)Editor assessment
The subject is compressed almost to the point of ambiguity: 'inline webworker safari support' could mean fixing Safari's handling of inline web workers, or fixing support for them generally — a reader must open the PR to be sure, and 'webworker' is conventionally written 'web worker'. A scope like (worker) plus a phrasing fix, e.g. `fix(worker): support inline web workers in Safari`, would remove all doubt. Mechanics are otherwise in order: lowercase, imperative reading, no trailing period, compact length, PR reference in the header. No body, so the Safari-specific constraint — presumably how workers are constructed or bundled there — goes undocumented. Correct structure; the wording does the heavy lifting poorly. One extra sentence would have carried the browser-compatibility knowledge this fix embodies.
