fix(tauri-runtime-wry): only emit global tray event if tray was foundEditor assessment
'Only emit global tray event if tray was found' is precise about the guard condition, and the tauri-runtime-wry scope — long but exactly the crate name — is genuinely useful for routing the fix in a multi-crate workspace. The fix type is correct: emitting events for a nonexistent tray is a defect. The slightly past-flavored 'was found' still reads fine under an imperative interpretation. No body, but the subject is self-sufficient; one could wish for a sentence describing the misbehavior (phantom events when tray creation failed?) and whether a regression test accompanied it. Structurally clean, well-scoped, and fully automation-friendly. A minor, well-contained fix done right.
