chore(i18n,learn): processed translations (#45795)Editor assessment
The comma-separated `i18n,learn` scope correctly announces a cross-cutting change, and the header obeys the mechanical rules — imperative, lowercase, no period, short. Where it falls short is vocabulary: 'processed translations' is automation jargon that means nothing to a human scanning the log a year later; 'update translations' at least names an action's object. There's no body, so nothing records which locales were touched or what made this sync run noteworthy. For a bot-driven commit the bar is low and it clears it, but the phrasing could be friendlier to future archaeologists.
