feat: Ability to receive attachments from LINE messenger (#3094)
Add support to add videos, audio, and images from line to chatwoot.
Fixes #3039Editor assessment
The subject states the capability, attachments can be received from the LINE messenger, and feat is right. The body adds the media types, video, audio, and images, which is genuinely useful, and the 'Fixes #3039' footer is well-formed grammar tying the work to its request. What is missing is any note on storage handling or size limits for the new media, the operational detail the other channel integrations document. No scope. Hygiene is fine. Understandable, anchored, and moderately thin. Storage and size handling for the media is omitted.
