chore: add Chinese README file (#1058)
Co-authored-by: chen3stones <[email protected]>Editor assessment
The empty scope in 'chore(): add Chinese README file' is the standout defect — the empty parentheses are syntactically tolerated by many regexes but semantically meaningless and look accidental; either name a scope or omit them. Type choice is also off: adding a README translation is documentation, so docs fits better than chore. The subject itself is imperative, lowercase, and appropriately brief, and the properly formatted 'Co-authored-by: chen3stones <[email protected]>' footer correctly credits the translator per convention. A body noting the file naming convention (README.zh-CN.md, etc.) would help future translators. Minor issues, but the empty parens alone would trip stricter commit-lint configurations.
