Fix template for MongoDB Raw command

Editor assessment

'fix: Fix template for MongoDB Raw command' stutters in its opening and then withholds the substance: what was wrong with the template, and how did raw commands misbehave? The body restates the subject verbatim, so the duplication compounds the vagueness instead of resolving it. The fix type is accurate for a broken command template, and the issue reference is attached, but no scope marks the MongoDB plugin. For a data-mapping bug that likely corrupted issued queries, one explanatory sentence was warranted and is missing.
