Update issue templates is generic — what changed in the templates is unstated — though the body's squash bullets add a little color, including the honest kindly asking for better issues alongside per-file update fragments. Those fragments describe mechanics, not content: the reader still cannot tell what guidance changed for bug reporters. The chore shell is correct, hygiene is fine, and the trailers are well formed. A subject naming the actual template improvements would have anchored the bullets. Mildly informative but mostly mechanical: acceptable.
