fix(modal): native keyboard will dismiss when bottom sheet is dragged (#24642)
Resolves #23878

The modal scope and fix type fit, and the Co-authored-by: trailer correctly credits the contributor. The subject 'native keyboard will dismiss when bottom sheet is dragged' uses future tense where the spec's imperative mood is preferred — 'dismiss keyboard when bottom sheet is dragged' is tighter and reads as an action. It also borders on the length limit once the prefix is counted. The Resolves #23878 footer anchors the change to its report. With an imperative header and a sentence on the interaction involved, this would be very strong.
