fix(grid): move `area` prop from Grid to GridItem
Allows for usage of GridItem's that have named template areas to be used
in conjunction with a Grid that has a defined template area.
This matches the usage pattern of a grid container and its children using
grid template areas.

This message does nearly everything right: the `grid` scope is exact, the subject states a precise, reviewable relocation of the `area` prop from Grid to GridItem, and the body justifies it — named template areas on GridItem must combine with a Grid's template, matching the native CSS pattern, with an MDN reference for authority. The body wraps near 72 characters, keeping terminal views tidy. Two nitpicks: the subject's backticks are cosmetic, and "GridItem's" should be the plural "GridItems". The `Ref:` line is informal rather than a spec footer token, but it sits harmlessly at the body's end. A model of what a fix message should contain.
