The subject names the added API (is_minimized) and references the fixing issue, but no scope indicates where the getter lives. The final footer line, fixes followed by a bare issue URL without the colon or # separator, is not well-formed footer grammar even though the link resolves for humans; a Fixes #3878 line would parse cleanly. No body explains the getter or its use. Co-authored-by footers are fine. Understandable, under-formed, and thin.
