The subject states the move plainly: the pull request template is relocated. The mechanism is clear, but the purpose is not: why the template moved, and to which directory, are unstated, and fix is a stretch for a file relocation where chore would fit; the straddle is tolerable but noted. The body is a two-line squashed list adding only that the template was renamed. Co-authored-by credit aside, the message communicates mechanics without motive.
