Add mobile support to the app template

Editor assessment

The subject states the template capability exactly: the app template now includes mobile support. Type feat and scope cli are accurate for a scaffold change, mood and length are clean, and no body is needed because the addition is self-evident to template consumers. No footers beyond the PR number. A clear, complete message for a meaningful template upgrade; nothing is vague and nothing is missing.
