refactor(compiler): consolidate `R3CompiledExpression` (#41080)
There were a number of almost identical interfaces used in
the same way throughout the Render3 compiler code.
This commit changes the compiler to use the same interface
throughout.

The subject states the consolidation — `R3CompiledExpression` becomes the single shared interface — under an accurate `refactor(compiler)` pairing, and the body explains the situation that motivated it: several nearly identical interfaces were used interchangeably throughout the Render3 compiler, and the code now uses one interface everywhere.
