Fix the tabs so the color property works on tab button

Editor assessment

fix(tabs) says the tabs are fixed so the color property works on the tab button, with a valid issue-closing footer. The phrasing is wordy and vague about the underlying cause, and the subject is otherwise imperative and unterminated. The tabs scope and type fit. No body explains the styling failure. Understandable but imprecise and repetitive with the type, it is acceptable.
