fix(curriculum): add items using splice verbiage

"The second entry of `12` is removed" is changed to "The second occurrence of `12` is removed". I believe the phrase "second entry" might create confusion as the readers might think of the second entry of the array rather than the second occurrence of the array element 12.

Editor assessment

The subject says wording around adding items with splice was adjusted, which is compressed but followable. The body is the strength: it quotes the exact before-and-after sentence, then explains that second entry might make readers picture the second position of the array rather than the second occurrence of the value 12. That is genuine reader-impact reasoning, precisely what a documentation fix body should teach. The fix type and curriculum scope are accurate, and the missing PR reference is a small gap. Style is clean and unperioded. A substantive, well-argued message held at good only by its cramped subject phrasing.
