Mostly a faithful `refactor`, but the second clause betrays it: 'add more mutations' introduces new capability, which is feature work, not refactoring. Mixed-purpose commits like this one complicate version-bump inference — tooling will read `refactor` (no bump) while the change likely deserves a minor release. The first half, 'extract cache info to separate files', is well described; splitting the commit into `refactor: extract cache info...` and `feat: add mutations for ...` would give cleaner history. Formatting itself is fine: imperative, lowercase, no trailing period, acceptable length.
