Fix early logger definiton in resolveConfig

Editor assessment

The subject carries the real object — an early logger definition in resolveConfig — but wraps it in the doubled fix verb and the definiton typo, two blemishes in the one line readers see. The fix type fits a definition-ordering defect. No body or footer appears to explain what the misplaced definition caused. No scope is attached, tolerable since the function is named. Hygiene is damaged by the redundancy and typo. Understandable, unpolished.
