Honest and brief: 'temporarily ignore websocketstream test' says what was done and flags the impermanence, which is better than silent test-skipping. The chore type is a defensible choice for test-management noise, though test exists as a type and arguably fits better. Two improvements would make this future-proof: a scope, and a body or issue reference explaining why the test is flaky and when it will be restored. 'Temporarily' without a tracking link is how temporary skips become permanent; the conventional-commits footer syntax, 'Refs #123', exists exactly for this and costs nothing to add here.
