fix(vue): strongly typed controller methods (#24388)
Resolves #24387Editor assessment
The subject states the improvement concretely: controller methods in the Vue integration are now strongly typed, which is a precise developer-experience claim. fix(vue) is an acceptable type for a typing correction and the scope is exact. No body, but the 'Resolves #24387' footer is well-formed and links the report of the untyped calls. Wording is compact and clean. Complete for a type-surface fix of this size.
