fix(curriculum): Remove unnecessary comments (#41774)
* fix: Remove unnecessary comments
https://github.com/freeCodeCamp/freeCodeCamp/pull/41612
* Add empty lineEditor assessment
Two problems: capitalization and a noisy body. The subject 'Remove unnecessary comments' starts uppercase after the colon and, together with the 'fix(curriculum):' prefix, says fix twice while describing no actual defect; comments are not a bug, making 'fix' itself arguable. The body is an unfiltered squash: it duplicates a prior header, pastes a bare PR URL, and ends with the fragment 'Add empty line', none of which explains what comments, where, or why. CRLF endings betray the same. The curriculum scope and short length are fine. A cleaner form is a lowercase imperative subject plus one body sentence naming the files and rationale. As is, it parses but embarrasses in git log.
