Rebuild cells on resizing

Editor assessment

The subject captures the trigger and response exactly: cells are rebuilt on resizing in the virtual-scroll component. That is the whole behavioral contract in a handful of words. fix(virtual-scroll) is accurate, though the scope duplicates the component name already present. No body or footer; for a resize-handling fix the subject suffices and the pull number gives provenance. Wording is imperative and tidy. Complete and proportionate.
