Req.id undefined issues

fix: req.id undefined issuesEditor assessment
The message names a symptom but leaves the class of problem vague — plural 'issues' without explanation suggests the author did not want to document the root cause. Was this an untyped middleware, a missing default, or an upstream field? A body sentence would have made this commit far more useful when someone debugs request IDs later. Structurally the message is compliant: valid fix type, lowercase start, no trailing period, and a short subject. It is imperative only loosely, since 'undefined issues' is a fragment rather than an action; something like `fix: guard against missing req.id` would better satisfy the 'if applied, this commit will' test. A scope such as (server) or (middleware) would help too. Acceptable, but it shifts all explanatory burden to the diff.
