fix(lib/vscode): update extensionManagementService
Looks like a few import updates and one minor update for language packs.
We had made this change ourselves, but now it's officially in the vscode
codebase. Super cool.Editor assessment
`fix(lib/vscode): update extensionManagementService` has a terse, generic verb, but the body redeems it: it explains that the changes mirror work previously done locally that is now official upstream, giving the real reason for the sync. The lib/vscode scope accurately marks the vendored tree, and fix fits keeping the fork aligned. The informal closing tone is harmless. Imperative verb, no trailing period. Subject plus honest rationale make this understandable and correct — a publishable example with minor terseness in the subject.
