Add correct links to migration guides

Editor assessment

The subject states the correction precisely: correct links to the migration guides are added for virtual-scroll and slides, and the multi-part scope honestly declares both areas. docs is the right type. No body or footer, and none is needed for a link fix whose subject enumerates its targets; the pull number gives provenance. Wording is compact and clean. Proportionate and complete.
