feat: enable Dialogflow integration all inboxes except email (#3285)
Fixes #2461
Co-authored-by: Sojan Jose <[email protected]>Editor assessment
The subject conveys the rule, Dialogflow integration enabled for all inboxes except email, but the missing preposition in 'enable Dialogflow integration all inboxes' makes the reader repair the sentence, and the email exclusion is stated without its reason, presumably because email has no real-time conversation surface. The 'Fixes #2461' footer is well-formed grammar. Feat is right. No scope, no body. Hygiene otherwise fine. Understandable with a small decode cost, valid, and thin on the exclusion's rationale. The reason for the email exclusion goes unstated.
