The subject uses the odd verb inliner (meaning the dialoguer and console crates are vendored until they publish), which decodes only with effort, though the fixes reference helps. The body is a long pull-request trail of terse bullets plus sign-off and co-author footers, all well formed but fragmentary rather than explanatory. Type fix and scope cli.rs are accurate. The vendoring rationale is real and recoverable, but the presentation buries it.
