feat(lsp): support formatting json and markdown files (#10180)
Resolves #9447
Resolves #9415Editor assessment
The subject states the new capability exactly: json and markdown files can be formatted through the LSP. Type feat and scope lsp are accurate, the file types are named, and no body is needed because the extension is self-evident to editor users. The two Resolves footers are well formed and point at the requesting issues. No hygiene problems beyond the PR number. A compact, complete message for a visible editor feature.
