With this change we replace AIO examples to use stable Angular packages.
The main reasons for this is that prereleases might contain bugs that
are not in the stable version especially in the Angular CLI were it's
not validated in G3.

The subject "use stable packages in examples" states the change crisply, and the body supplies two solid reasons: prereleases "might contain bugs that are not in the stable version," particularly in the CLI where changes are "not validated in G3." Explaining why examples should track stable rather than main is exactly the context that prevents a future contributor from reverting it. `build(docs-infra)` is a sensible classification for example infrastructure. Blank lines, wrapping, and trailer placement are all correct. A quietly excellent message for an unglamorous change.
