Vague in the way that hurts changelogs most: 'better node version and version requirement compatibility' gestures at an area without saying what was incompatible, for whom, or what changed. 'Better' is doing all the work, and the repeated 'version and version' muddies whether Node's version or npm package version requirements are at issue (likely both). Type and scope are right and the length is fine, so tooling will classify it correctly — but a human scanning the log learns nothing. One concrete example in a body (a package whose engines range failed resolution) would have fixed it.
