feat!: support explicitly adding deep imports to optimized deps
BREAKING CHANGE: `optimizeDeps.include` behavior has changed. Instead of
limiting optimized deps to only those listed in `include`, it now adds
the list to already qualified deps instead. It now also supports deep
paths, so can be used to explicitly pre-bundle modules that can only
be accessed via deep imports (e.g. `lit-html` directives)Editor assessment
The subject `feat: support explicitly adding deep imports to optimized deps` states the new capability precisely. The footer is the exemplar part: `BREAKING CHANGE:` with a full description that states the old behavior, the new behavior, and the newly supported deep-path use case with a concrete lit-html example. That is impact and migration knowledge in the machine-readable slot, exactly what the spec asks for. The feat type fits, hygiene is clean, and nothing is missing. A model breaking-change announcement.
