Editor assessment

The type and scope are right — this is a bug fix localized to the vite integration — and the header obeys the format rules: imperative, lowercase, no trailing period, comfortably short. The problem is informativeness: `add hotfix for netlify deployments` says almost nothing. `Hotfix` is process vocabulary, not a description of a defect, so a reader of `git log` or the changelog cannot tell what was broken or how it was patched. Something naming the actual symptom (for example a specific asset-path or base-path failure on Netlify) would serve far better, with the mechanical details in a body. Structure-wise there is nothing to fault; the subject simply undersells the change.
