This commit updates the Deno.inspect() logic to use the
indentLevel option to control indentation instead of passing
around separate indent/level parameters internally.

That makes the typo in the subject all the more glaring: `constrol` should be `control`, and a commit header is the one line most worth proofreading since it's quoted in releases and `git log --oneline`. Otherwise the structure is right: `fix(console)` scoped accurately, imperative intent, backtick-quoted API. The body could state the observable behavior change. Fix the spelling and this is exemplary.
