The current error that is thrown when the "width" or
"height" attributes is missing doesn't mention that
"fill" mode is another option. This commit updates
the error with that option.

A model small fix. The subject tells users exactly what improved — the error message now mentions 'fill' mode — and the body explains the gap it closes: the existing error for missing "width" or "height" attributes "doesn't mention that 'fill' mode is another option." Wrapping is tidy at well under 72 columns, and the change is obviously patch-level. My only quibble is phrasing: "update size error" could be "improve the size error message," but that hardly hurts searchability.
