The scope is right, but 'wrap error icon to notification icon for any device size' is awkward phrasing that the reader must unpack: presumably an error indicator is now rendered alongside the notification icon and stays positioned correctly across viewport sizes. Fix is right. No body explains what broke on which devices or how the wrapper solves it, the detail that would make a responsive-bug fix instructive. Hygiene otherwise acceptable, imperative shape and no junk. Understandable with effort, valid, thin.
