'adds tutorial' names the artefact but not its content; only the squash bullets reveal it spans installation, a server-creation guide, custom functionality, and Medusa Cloud linking. Those bullets do enumerate real substance. Yet the headline could introduce any tutorial, the bullets are raw step fragments ('fix: PR'), and no explanation of the tutorial's audience or purpose appears. Docs is correct. Understandable after reading the list, but the message's informative weight sits entirely below the subject line.
