Two problems, one cosmetic and one structural. 'Adds' is third-person singular where the convention is imperative 'Add' — a small thing, but this history mixes both moods and the inconsistency shows in every log scan. Worse, the body is leftover squash debris: '* feat: Adds the ability to delete a segment', '* Minor fixes', '* Small changes' — the first line duplicates the header and the other two say nothing, so the body is pure noise that should have been dropped or replaced with one sentence about what deletion does to reports referencing the segment. The feature itself is clear and changelog-worthy, feat is the right type, and the minor-bump inference holds. Delete the debris, fix the mood, and this passes.
