Remove cell background from empty rows

Editor assessment

The subject states the cosmetic fix exactly: cell backgrounds removed from empty rows, instantly understandable. The fix type matches a rendering defect, and the issue reference is correctly attached. No scope is declared, but the table context is implicit in 'cell' and 'rows', so comprehension does not suffer. The body is absent, which is justified for a small styling change; the why, visual noise or a striping conflict, is inferable without it. Imperative phrasing, tidy length, and no junk anywhere make this a perfectly serviceable minor example.
