The subject is informative — exported application JSON no longer contains action and actionCollection ids — and the feat type is defensible for changed export behavior. No scope is present. The body, however, is a stack of PR squashed lines: exporting without actual ids, added TC, comments. It repeats the subject and then trails into process noise without ever saying why the ids had to be stripped from exports, which is the interesting part for consumers of the format. Footers are absent. Clear enough to follow, but the message misses the opportunity to explain the motivation.
