build: stops ignoring .env files from docker context so env variables get set during react app build. (#5809)
build: stops ignoring .env.development and .env.production files from docker context so env variables get set during react app build.
* this fixes the issue where Browse Libraries button link was broken in
docker/self-hosted versions of excalidrawEditor assessment
The subject states the change and consequence: .env files no longer excluded from the docker context, so environment variables reach the react build. The build type is accurate, and the absent scope is tolerable. The body adds the user-visible impact — the Browse Libraries button was broken in docker and self-hosted deployments — which is exactly the why a reader wants. The trailing period on the subject is the one hygiene blemish. Understandable, well-motivated, and self-sufficient: a strong example of an infrastructure fix message.
