Add assign to me button next to assign agents.

Editor assessment

The subject states the feature concretely, an assign-to-me button added next to the assignee list, and feat is right, but the trailing period on the subject is a style-hygiene flaw the rubric explicitly names. No scope, no body explaining what the button does beyond its label, whether it assigns the conversation to the current agent and updates the UI, the behavior a reviewer wants confirmed. The trailing pull-request number is conventional. Hygiene besides the period is fine. Understandable, valid, and slightly careless.
