Editor assessment

The gerund 'Fixing' breaks imperative mood; 'Fix flaky behaviour in SeedMongoData' costs nothing extra. Calling a flakiness repair chore is defensible but test: fits the type taxonomy better — the change presumably touches test setup — and would keep test-stability work searchable. 'SeedMongoData' is a perfect scope candidate left unused. No body exists, so the nature of the flakiness (timing? shared state? ordering?) and the fix strategy are unknown; this is precisely the context that makes future test maintenance cheaper, and one sentence would supply it. Mechanics are otherwise sound: correct type syntax, no trailing period, no breaking-change markers, and the PR reference for traceability. Version inference does not apply to chore commits, keeping releases unaffected. Serviceable, but the missing explanation is a real loss.
